Barbara Souto Reyes es una poeta y artista visual nacida en Caracas, Venezuela, y residente en Madrid desde 2017. Su práctica artística se desarrolla entre la poesía y el collage analógico, dos lenguajes que convergen en una exploración íntima y simbólica de la identidad, el cuerpo, la memoria, el exilio y la transformación.
Desde 2018, ha profundizado en la escritura poética, desarrollando una voz propia que transita entre lo visceral y lo metafísico, lo cotidiano y lo extraño. Su obra indaga en las contradicciones humanas, las huellas de la experiencia y las formas en que el lenguaje puede revelar aquello que permanece oculto.
En las artes visuales, trabaja con el collage como espacio de encuentro entre imágenes, símbolos y fragmentos de realidad, construyendo universos surrealistas que invitan a cuestionar lo establecido y a descubrir nuevos significados.
Su trabajo creativo nace del diálogo entre palabra e imagen, entre lo íntimo y lo colectivo, con una mirada libre, crítica y en constante transformación.

A Reed Diffuser naturally diffuses the scent all round a space. Insert the reed sticks in the glass bottle filled with the fragrance oil, the tiny capillaries in the reed sticks absorb the fragrance which moves it up to the top of the reed stick where it disperses the fragrance into the air.
