Are all the products chemical free ?

We certify that all the products we offer here in Urban Ganges are made using organic compounds. We make all our products through handmade techniques without usage of any machinery.
Are tin candles safe ?

We ensure that the tin container is fire-resistant and made up of a high quality metal which eliminates any risk of fire. Please make sure that the candles are kept out of reach of children.
What are the shipping charges ?

We provide free shipping for all the orders above $49 worldwide. Rest of the orders will include a nominal shipping fee as the courier charges are more for the small shipments which are being exported from India.
Is there any hidden cost?

There is no hidden cost for any country. The amount in the cart is final inclusive of all taxes and shipping. In case if Customs demand any duties we will bear it but not charge the customer for it.
