SHIPPING POLICY

We dispatch all our orders through USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL and UNI UNI . Shipping and handling charges vary as per the shipment weight. Delivery takes between 10 to 20 working days worldwide. This does differ from country to country.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal return & cancellation policy. Under this policy:

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

In case the goods received are damaged or not in a condition to use, simply contact us through email or Whatsapp. We will immediately send the new product or initiate the refund if the customer wishes to do so.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

TARIFF FOR USA

For all shipments to the United States, we keep things simple and stress-free. We cover all customs duties and import fees upfront, and these are already included in the shipping cost you see. That means you won’t face any surprise charges, hidden costs, or extra payments at the time of delivery. As poets and creators, you can focus on enjoying your order, knowing that what you pay at checkout is final and completenothing more, nothing less.
