I love you and I made you
a cake out of diamonds you
love me and you are trying to
eat it now there are cuts all
in your mouth I’m sorry I
hurt you and I didn’t mean
to I’m sorry I hurt you but
you let me you love me you
don’t know how to the way
I love you is bigger than I can
I’ve compressed my love into
sugar into diamonds into
edges this cake was meant to
be sweet and soft and it
hardened there is too much
weight to all we’re holding
and you can’t swallow it
I have to love you somehow
your blood is dripping onto
my hands you cut another
slice and you keep bleeding
you won’t tell me it hurts just
tell me I can see that you do
